Eric Paterniani is going to play Oedipus Rex
Eric has been cast to portray his first leading dramatic role as Oedipus in Sophocle's masterpiece Oedipus Rex.
Oedipus brings an end to the torment brought upon the citizens of Thebes by solving the riddle of the sphinx. Because no man before him had accomplished such a feat, he is heralded in as the new king. Now the city is tormented by a far greater plague that has decimated its life. To lift the plague, Oedipus must find the one who murdered the former king. He sets out to solve the murder and soon realizes that the guilt may lay right at his feet.
